You understand and agree that Eromatch is merely a venue for introductions. We are not a party to any agreements or relationships formed between users, nor are we involved in the actual contact between users offline. We do not guarantee the character, intentions, or identity of any user.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without prior notice or liability.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using Eromatch, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Permitted Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

1. Harassing, threatening, or intimidating any other user.
2. Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
3. Using the Services for any commercial solicitation or advertising without our prior written consent.
4. Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, our systems, or networks.
6. Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
7. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
8. Posting content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision.

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Eromatch, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The "Eromatch" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Eromatch or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Eromatch.

User Content: By posting, uploading, or submitting any content ("User Content") to the Platform, you grant Eromatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license for any User Content you submit.

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, subject to the license granted above.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Eromatch, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Eromatch in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Eromatch has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. EROMATCH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EROMATCH MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Eromatch or through the Services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. We may retain your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in the United Kingdom. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
